Courses are designed for adult learners at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Each catalog entry identifies its recommended level.

Do I need expensive materials?

No. Most courses begin with accessible pencils, paper, pens, or a modest color set. The course description explains any specific material suggestions.

How long can I access a course?

Course access details are shown before purchase and are also included in the confirmation information.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes. Lessons are structured into a suggested sequence, but you can pause, repeat, and adapt the study rhythm to your schedule.

Are live critiques included?

The format differs by course. The catalog clearly identifies recorded lessons, prompts, workbooks, and any critique-related material.

How do I save a course?

Select Save to Fallows on a catalog card. The course ID is stored in your browser's local storage and appears on the Fallows page.

How does the cart work?

Add a course to the cart, adjust its quantity on the Cart page, and review the calculated total before selecting the order confirmation action.

How can I ask a course-specific question?

Use the contact form and include the course title. The studio team can help you compare options and understand the learning format.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no more than 25 percent of the course has been completed. Contact the studio for assistance.
